Clearly, communication plays a crucial role in project management. As such, understanding the psychology behind differences in personalities and working styles of everyone involved is very important. As most project managers know, projects often undergo serious change during their lifespan. The ability to adapt and keep everyone on board with the changes is the key to ensuring that everyone gets what they want--the project deliverables in a timely fashion.
